This guy wrote an article last year and saw the housing crisis is going to be a mess in 2007. Sometimes you just need to learn lessons from others, the question is do you buy in his point of view ?
On the other hand if anybody short BOA or related financial sector stocks, he/she will make a lot of money.
So add a new dog rule:
- you don’t have to wise, you just need to find one and act on his/her wisdom.
